Locally owned and based in Cairns, Far North Queensland (FNQ) Talk To The Mac and M.E.L Productions provide an extensive range of services to the technical and creative markets. From our retail business as an authorised Apple Solutions Provider and Apple Authorised Service Provider (Talk to the Mac), through our role as a provider of internet services (Zoomnet), and extending to our audio production house (M.E.L Productions) we have been providing the FNQ Apple Macintosh user base with expertise, experience, and a range of products, services and facilities over the last eight years.

Our staff bring to the company a diverse but complimentary set of skills and experiences, sales, creative, technical and administrative to ensure that a high level of professionalism is maintained from initial consultation, through implementation, and on to the ongoing support and training required to ensure a satisfactory end-user experience. We also work with other local experts to make available specialist knowledge that compliments and extends the range of services we can provide.

The scope of our business is reflected in the diverse range of clients that we service. Encompassing market segments including up and coming young musicians, Educational institutions of all varieties and sizes, legal and financial entities as well as creative clients in digital audio, photography and video, there are few organisations and individuals that we cannot cater for with one or more of our products and services.
